Founded in 2016 by renowned educationist and academic trainer Asha Devi N, Early Days Academy focuses on building strong foundations in language, literacy, communication, numeracy, creativity, and holistic child development during the most important formative years of learning.
With over 23 years of experience in the field of education, the academy has worked extensively with schools, educators, preschool institutions, parents, and academic organizations to create meaningful and impactful learning experiences for children and teachers alike.
As an Official Jolly Phonics Trainer accredited by Jolly Learning Ltd, UK, Asha Devi N has trained more than 35,000 teachers across India and internationally, including educators from countries such as Nigeria, Spain, and Slovakia. Her work is centered around empowering educators with practical, structured, and highly effective teaching methodologies that strengthen foundational learning and classroom engagement.

Asha Devini N is an experienced educator, academic trainer, and early childhood specialist with over two decades of expertise in foundational education and teacher development.
Driven by a passion for transforming early learning experiences, she founded Early Days Academy with a vision to create structured, engaging, and child-centered educational environments that nurture confidence, creativity, communication skills, and academic excellence.
Her expertise spans phonics training, literacy development, communicative English, handwriting improvement, teacher training, classroom implementation systems, and foundational numeracy education.
Expanding this vision further, Early Day Academy is also introducing I Math, a globally recognized Singapore-based mathematics program with over 20 years of international presence. The program is specially designed for Nursery to Grade 2 students and focuses on conceptual understanding, logical thinking, number sense, and problem-solving abilities.
Her mission is to empower children with meaningful learning experiences, equip teachers with structured teaching systems, and support schools in delivering high-quality foundational education.
